If you already have a learning goal or training content, we can easily set up a pilot for you, so you can experience for yourself how game mechanics can work effectively and motivate employees.
We organize a content session and then develop one scenario for you, as familiar from Hollywood films. Then we place it in UpTrek with optimal support from game mechanics, so players get ‘in the flow’. Afterwards we evaluate the result together and decide whether to continue.
